Biofertiliser

Seasonal Variation

For any other feedstocks it is useful to know if there are seasonal variations in their supply.   If you have any idea of the dry matter of the feedstock this is also very useful information which will aid us with our calculations.

Energy Utilisation

It will add more detail to the assessment if you can tell us how much electricity or/and heat could be utilised on site and for what purpose.

Biofertiliser

Do you have land available for spreading the biofertiliser?   If so how much land do you have access to?   It could be that the amount of land available for spreading the biofertiliser limits the amount of material imported for digestion (specifically relating to the nutrient loading within the feedstock).

If you are thinking about growing energy crops what sort would you consider?   Maize, wholecrop cereal, ryegrass, fodder beet?   How many hectares would you put aside for energy crops?   How many tonnes per hectare can you produce and at what cost?   The cost per tonne of energy crop may relate to its opportunity cost rather than its cost of production.
